What is Upskill Programme?

Upskill offers a new way of English language testing in mobile phones, with fast results.

It assesses all the four language skills – speaking, writing, reading and listening, against the international standard – the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR). The test covers three levels on the CEFR: A1 (beginner), A2 (elementary) and B1 (intermediate).
